Moditech Scandinavia AB processes personal data from customers, suppliers, and personnel. Some data must be handled according to the law (such as the Accounting Act), and some data is retained to conduct business correctly and provide good service.

When customers and suppliers enter into agreements with Moditech Scandinavia AB, we handle certain personal data in our customer register and supplier register, respectively. This data is processed internally and is NOT shared with third parties. We strive to minimize the handling of personal data as much as possible.

CUSTOMERS

In our customer register, we collect the following contact details:

1. Company name


2. Company address


3. Email


4. Phone number


5. Organization number


6. Name of the company's contact person and their contact information


7. In some cases, VAT number and EORI number

Sensitive personal data, such as social security numbers, are only saved when it comes to sole traders. The personal data is retained in the customer register for a maximum of 2 years after the last business transaction or communication, or until we receive a request from the individual to delete it.

SUPPLIERS

In our supplier register, we collect the following contact details:

1. Company name


2. Company address


3. Email


4. Phone number


5. Organization number


6. Name of the company's contact person and their contact information


7. In some cases, VAT number and EORI number

Sensitive personal data, such as social security numbers, are only saved when it comes to sole traders. The personal data is retained in the supplier register as long as the supplier agreement is active or until we receive a request from the individual to delete it.
